3000 sq ft to 3999 sq ft $750.00
4000 sq ft to 4999 sq ft $850.00
5000 sq ft to 5999 sq ft $950.00
6000 sq ft to 6999 sq ft $1050.00
7000 sq ft to 7999 sq ft $1150.00
8000 sq ft to 9000 sq ft $1250.00
9000 sq ft to 10000 sq ft $1350.00

Optional detached buildings separate from the main home:
Detached Garages: 1-car $75, 2-car $150, 3-car $225

Payment is due at time of inspection by cash, check, or credit card (3% processing fee).
No sales tax due.
